I chose to paint this cat silhouetted against the light from the window.
Lots of fun, but quite a challenge to do in time whilst at the group.

A small 10"x12" oil of my early morning dog walk heading back to our village.
The light was beautiful on this cold morning and everything was glowing in shades of orange giving the scene a warm feel even though it was a cold morning.  I tried my best to capture it.

I am attempting to give an oil painting lesson to some of our art group.  This is the painting I am getting people to attempt in oils. 
They're all doing really well so far.  We should finish the paintings next week.
