Wight Bridge - watercolour

Based on a photo I took one frosty morning of our dog Marlowe exploring near Wight Bridge.  It was such a beautiful morning.

These are the fields besides the river between Kidlington and Thrupp.
I loved the way the shadows were being cast.

Experimenting with loose washes of colour and not too much detail in this picture.  Trying to capture the sunlight and the hazy feel that can give.  I quite like the way it turned out so I might try some more experiments like this.
